Project Requirement
In this phase of our engagement with SAP Germany, we are focusing on scaling Agile practices across multiple development teams working on interconnected Intelligent Enterprise Solutions. We are implementing frameworks for managing dependencies, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment across teams. This includes establishing communities of practice for Scrum Masters, promoting knowledge sharing, and developing standardized Agile processes tailored to SAP's specific needs. We are also exploring the integration of DevOps principles to further streamline the development and delivery pipeline
